Returns
All returns must be lodged within fifteen days (15) of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with original tags and labels attached. Receipts and tax invoices must be valid.

Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at admin@elmstcs.com.au to obtain instructions or fill our Contact Us form below.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will then process your return or exchange. Please allow fifteen days (15) from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
